Residence Citizenship Department

This department consists of two sections:

1. Citizenship Procedures Section: In accordance with the Citizenship Law, adopted in 2018 and updated in 2022, Iranian citizens can apply for Turkish citizenship by investing $400,000 and purchasing property. This application process involves special procedures, such as the method of purchasing the property, the payment method for the property’s value, and the arrangement of identity documents, and must be conducted under the supervision of an experienced lawyer. To date, our organization has successfully completed over one hundred citizenship applications from start to finish.
2. Tourist and Work Permit Applications Section: Based on the visa exemption agreement between Iran and Turkey, Iranian citizens can reside in Turkey for up to six months per year in consecutive periods. However, if they wish to reside in Turkey continuously for more than one year, they must apply for a residence permit for themselves, their spouse, and their children under 18 by purchasing a property worth $75,000 in major cities or $50,000 in smaller cities. Additionally, they can apply for a residence permit by obtaining a work permit from a reputable company or by enrolling in Turkish universities.
