Legal Department
The Law Department is managed by an expert team of experienced Iranian and Turkish lawyers and operates in three main sections:
- Legal Consultancy Section: Provides telephone or in-person consultation services by appointment for our citizens’ various legal and criminal issues in Turkey.
- Criminal Law Section: Offers legal services for the criminal cases of Iranian citizens in Turkey. This includes issues arising from cases such as fraud, theft, extortion, threats, and drug-related crimes. It operates in Turkish courts and criminal courts to defend the rights of our citizens.
- Legal Proceedings and Enforcement Section: Assists with legal proceedings such as debt collection from third parties (individuals and companies) in Turkey on behalf of Iranian citizens and the drafting of contracts. It also manages eviction and enforcement cases, as well as family and divorce cases, operating in Turkish courts to defend the rights of Iranian citizens.
